- To ensure a stay in the maximum conditions of safety and quality, and maintain the archipelago’s low incident rate for the pandemic: You must present a certificate to this establishment to show that you have tested negative for active COVID-19 infection. It must contain the date and time the test was taken, the identity of the individual taking it, the authorised centre responsible for verification, and the negative result. The test must have been taken in the past 72 hours and be recognised by the healthcare authorities of your country or the European Union. The certificate is compulsory for everyone over the age of six who wishes to stay at any tourist accommodation in Canary Islands. You may show a digital or hard copy of it. THIS TOURIST ACCOMMODATION WILL DENY ENTRY TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE CONDITION. House Rules •In the apartment is forbidden to smoke, organize parties/events, cause disturb to the neighborhood and animals are not allowed. •The hours of silence are those between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. •All guests over the age of 12 must show a valid photo ID or passport upon check-in, as required by local holiday home regulations and sign a standard short-term rental contract at check in time. •Every varation of the number of the guests after confirming the reservation must be communicated in advance to the host and to the site and accepted; the number of guests can't be anyway superior to the maximum number allowed. •In order to better organize the service offered and to avoid unpleasant waits or delays, guests must communicate check-in and cheeck-out times to the host at least two days in advance. • At the end of the stay guests are required not to leave wet or damp linen on sofas and beds, to wash crockery, pots and cutlery and to throw away rubbish and perishable materials in general (the garbage must be thrown from 9:00 pm to 8:00am). •For check-ins after midnight, an additional charge of 15,00€ will be charged to guests. •We trust in your kind cooperation.
