- House Rules •In the apartment is forbidden to smoke, organize parties/events, cause disturb to the neighborhood and animals are not allowed. •The hours of silence are those between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. •All guests over the age of 12 must show a valid photo ID or passport upon check-in, as required by local holiday home regulations and sign a standard short-term rental contract at check in time. •Every varation of the number of the guests after confirming the reservation must be communicated in advance to the host and to the site and accepted; the number of guests can't be anyway superior to the maximum number allowed. •In order to better organize the service offered and to avoid unpleasant waits or delays, guests must communicate check-in and cheeck-out times to the host at least two days in advance. • At the end of the stay guests are required not to leave wet or damp linen on sofas and beds, to wash crockery, pots and cutlery and to throw away rubbish and perishable materials in general (the garbage must be thrown from 9:00pm to 8:00am). •For check-ins after midnight, an additional charge of 15,00€ will be charged to guests. •We trust in your kind cooperation.
