XXXIV Insular Book Fair – Fuerteventura 2024

From 16 to 20 October, Fuerteventura will host a cultural event that has been repeated for almost 20 years, the Insular Book Fair. In the Plaza del Centenario del Cabildo, outside the Palace of Training and Congresses of Puerto del Rosario, representatives of the most important publishing houses, associations and companies in the publishing sector will gather to claim the importance of literature in modern society. On the calendar musical, theatrical and narrative performances, presentation and signing of books, activities for children and much more.

This year the event will pay special tribute to Miguel De Unamuno, on the occasion of the centenary of the artist’s confinement in Fuerteventura, which took place in 1924. Fuerteventura renews its commitment to culture, offering an increasingly varied and complete range of activities and events to tourists who choose the island for their holidays.
